DENNIS SHINNERS - ONE IN TEN SCREENPLAY CONTEST WINNER
We would like to congratulate the 2011 ONE IN TEN SCREENPLAY CONTEST winner, DENNIS SHINNERS.
Dennis Shinners
grew up in New Jersey, attended NYU’s film school and has called the city of
New York home ever since. He is a writer,
producer and director of on-air promos who has done high profile, award-winning
campaigns for Nickelodeon, Nick @ Nite, Spike TV, Discovery Channel, Disney
Channel, TV Land and the Oxygen Network.
He’s recently completed two short films, “Area X” and “GO-GO”, which
have enjoyed domestic and international festival runs and distribution deals.
Dennis wrote BARRIO BOY, the 1st place winner in the One In Ten Screenplay Contest to be his feature
directorial debut.
